Tour Ballestas Islands – Paracas Full Day

Itinerary
08:00 Tour to the Ballestas Islands, in which we visit the Paracas Bay (place where the General San Martin disembarked), Punta Colorado, The Chandelier (Candelabra) (very similar geoglyph to the Nazca lines), Ballestas Islands which are natural rock formations that contain a important marine fauna, home to large colonies of sea birds guanay, boobies, pelicans Cormorant, Humboldt penguins, sea lions, dolphins, among others. Sea lions are very friendly and swim around and close to the boats.
We go back to the pier (30 minutes free)
10:30 Excursion to the Paracas National Reserve (Land Tour). The Paracas National Reserve is the oldest marine reserve in Peru and is of great importance due to the number of marine species that hosts, including mammals, birds and fish, as well as migratory birds. First we visit to the Julio C. Tello Museum (where we learn about the Paracas culture) and INRENA Interpretation Centre (fossils), fosile trail, Parihuanas or Flamingos viewpoint, Cathedral: rock formation, then we go to Lagunillas beach, for lunch and enjoy a refreshing bath (optional). Return. 16:00 We’re back in Paracas.
